Bliss balls are one of the easiest healthy snack ideas for busy families. They are super easy to make, you can eat them with one hand, kids love them and they are good for you. I often whip up a batch on a Monday to keep us going for a few days and also keep a few in the freezer for the days when I don’t have time! This bliss ball recipe is super sweet so one is probably enough.
